You will need a yoga mat and a pilates circle for the
stretching and pilates videos. HIIT, Tabata and EMOM workouts will require dumbells. Reccomended weights for begginner are 5,8 or 10 pound dumbells. Video length will range from 6-10 minutes for most videos. You can do each video independently or string a few together.
*You can substitute an exercise band or piece of rope for a circle
Equipment -Yoga Mat, Pilates Circle, Dumbells
Resistance bands will be used occasionally as well
