60 minute Fitness Mindset Alchemy sessions on zoom or in person: Empathic/Intuitive Reading Goal setting & Analyzing limiting beliefs Create affirmations/mantras/Incantations that will replace old thought patterns to create new thoughts which in turn will create the magic that allows you to reach your goals and produce new results. You will leave the session with a new sense of direction, understanding and excitement for new possibilities, often having transformational breakthroughs in just one meeting.
